If some retard hits a bus full of kids while watching F&F, the parents would have to split the $12 said retard has in the bank. Alpine however, has much deeper pockets and would be out millions when they get sued.
You said it right though, how about not watching a movie while driving. Or get a portable DVD player for your passenger if you're unable to carry on a conversation.
