If anyone can put together a guide list one what I need to do first to last with the infomation I provided would be very helpful. I don't want you guys to think I want sh*t spoon fed to me
Here is what you need to do, it's actually VERY simple!

Take your car to the alignment shop!
If this is your DD and you are worried about tires just have them get the specs as close as possible to stock.

The only thing you need to do is set the ride height to what ever you like. In the future if you decide to track your car then you will want to do some research on corner balancing and alignment specs but no need for that now.

As for the snow if you intend to drive the car on ice/snow PLEASE do your self a favor and get some studded snow tires put on stock wheels. If you don't have the stock wheels get some steelies with studded snow tires. Trying to drive around in the snow/ice on something as wide as a 235 is asking for trouble.
