Anyway, the thing with aftermarket wheels is that the center bore is big enough to fit all types of cars. Even when you torque down your lugs they don't center the wheel perfectly. A set of $5 hubcentric rings will make a very snug fit between the wheel and the hub, in effect balancing the wheels. I know because I had the same problem with my wheels, the rings fixed the problem.

Maybe I am misunderstanding. Did you mount the tires on the rims yourself? If yes, go get a balance at a tire shop. What I am thinking you did was just swap wheels and doing nothing with the tires then you should not need a tire balance. Just trying to save you from spending a grip of $$ on an alignment. Maybe if you have the toe or caster knocked way out on one or two wheels, than sure, that could be causing all that wobbling. Otherwise, what are you going to adjust that will solve that problem?
hmm...thanks.........the wheels I am putting on have about 800mis. on them, with Toyo Proxes F4(don't care for the tires honestly)...they've been shipped from Texas, the guy said chances are when they were shipped they might have gotten knocked around, and could have easily lost balance?

Hey thats really cool about the hubcentric rings, thanks again...hope it fixes the prob with those Motegi's.......
