Always say no if its not good enough. Be very choosy with how you word what you say.
Go on a site such as modified car trader and find cars similar to yours high and median priced. Etc.
If nothing still gets done and they are bs'ing. Threaten getting a lawyer involved, or have one write a note to them for you. I had my friends dad write a note to them, and as soon as they got it they were calling me and asking where to send checks etc. Asking if there was anything else I needed. Its funny how they do 180's when they realize they cant screw you.
