today, 2 coupes, one red/burgundy one traveling on harbor passing mcfadden heading towards edinger, lowered a bit with some black rims.
noteron harbor making a right on mcfadden and went straight. no tint, dark paint, not black for sure.
about an hour or 2 ago.
