Alright so I'm pretty sure I got it guys.

I set the key to the ON position, and used a paper clip as a probe. I placed the positive on the probe, and the negative on a bolt in the engine bay.



This was my reading. 0.54, which is .4 off. (can't believe it makes that big of a difference..)



I loosened the TPS sensor bolts, and rotated it until I achieved this with the throttle plate CLOSED.



And this with the throttle plate at WOT.




Everything look good?
