Really. Used pads? Get new pads. Compress the pistons correctly. Insert pads and your done. Are they stock calipers or z32 brakes? Your post is very vague. We really need more information. Are you sure that you are compressing the piston correctly? I hope that you realize that with an actuator style caliper you need to compress and turn the piston at the same time. There is a special tool made to do this.
