u sure it doesnt say "JASMA" on it instead of Jasmine? Cuz "Jasma"= Japan Automotive Sports Muffler Association. "Jasma" is like the DOT in America, that just means it's approved to meet the emission standards of japan or something like that. So when u say jasmine certified makes me think of "Jasma certified". I belive yr just reading it wrong, but if u could get a pictue of were it says Jasmine certified then id be able to tell more. Cuz my apexi exhaust has a little plate welded to the bottom of it saying "JASMA" then says made in japan and then a bunch of numbers on the bottom. Mine is for a s14 and say Apexi ontop and i belive its a N1 but still havent found out for sure and it looks just like yrs and also the apexi N1.
Anyways, I thought id help u out a bit but i could be talking out my ass and u might really have a RARE exhaust.
