Well in Texas, they don't enforce the front license law and you can roll your zenki without it (newer corvettes don't use them) and i dont on my s14. Cops just are dick heads when they pull you over, especially in Arlington tx, especially when the superbowl was here. They gave my brother a ride height citation, and no license plate citation just to be dicks, no other traffic tickets.
