Im not sure how many miles are on them. I removed them shortly after I purchased my s14. I maybe put 200 miles on them. There are no squeeks or clunks and the top hats move freely. They are in good condition
I never measured the ride height when they were on the car. And even if I did, I would not have had a baseline to compare it to anyway. However, I can say that -1" in the front and -.6" in the rear does seem correct if I could compare it to a stock s14. I believe I have pics of the car when I first drove it home. I'll see if I can dig them up when I get home.
