I drove my 93 KA with 180K on it for a littler over a year with that chatter and tick. Finally I took it out and sold it for 300 bucks. But it still ran fine when pulled and still runs fine in my friends car. Makes the same noise though. But was said above eventually it will give but who knows when, will most likely be a ling distance in the future.
