There is one or two white S15's running around here in the Bay Area. One belongs to a importing shop (They also had a S14 and R33) and the other my friend saw on the freeway and I asked the shop if it was them, they said no.
I actually tried to trade my Infiniti for the S15 but pulled out after realizing that you can never register one here in Cali, they are on the restricted list. BOO
