I shipped wheels a few weeks ago and the charge was $120, that was through FedEx which is the only thing close to the shop. If you want them shipped without tires I would have to have a tire shop take them off and spend my time running around, would rather have them picked up.
If someone is inclined to buy them though, I will ship 4 of them for $650 w/o tires.
