Drive a couple tanks with super, then drive a few tanks with regular. Then, lend your car to a friend and let them fill it with something without telling you.
If you can actually tell what they used, get super. But, if you can't, f' it. Save your money and get regular. I'm convinced there is no <i>serious</i> difference between them.
