it spun a bearing, that doesn't mean the block went bad, worst case scenario if the scoring is real bad on the crank get a used crank and new bearings.
Otherwise you just have the crank machined and get oversized bearings. the oil pump is probably no good however.
hot tank the block, make sure no shavings remain, and slap it back together.
