dude from 03 to now shit got worse man.
this question is to broad. None of us can answer this because we all have different experience.

ive gotten pulled over 2'wice in a month for modified shit on my car. and my car isn't "flashy". Now-a-days you can get pulled over for having a stupid sticker on your car and that gives them all the reason to pop your hood.
