any mechanic should could do it for you if it's already in a pumpkin. if its not, you have to find a specialty shop that installs clutch lsd's like KAAZ, CUSCO, etc.
also if you bought a pumpkin, make sure it uses the same shafts as yours. i think US model 240's all use a 6 bolt shaft where as the JDM and other nissans use 5 bolt.
