case and point this video. what positive effect can antagonizing and heckling police officers have? what did it accomplish? the guy who got pinched brought this entire thing on himself by breaking rules and being beligerent...but as soon as he is arrested (lets ignore the fact they tried to reason with him first) it's automatically the pigs fault and they were abusing their power.

guy, you're taking it out of context. he was talking to the guy on the bike and he was approached and asked for a id? the guy was about to leave when he was approached and asked for id.
the guy was just joking with the guy on the bike.
if you're a cop you should know ppl. you should know some just talk loud and obnoxious. ex. my inlaws they sound like they are screaming at each other while having a conversation.
