Make sure you are using 3M molding double sided tape. It should not wobble with the right tape. That's how it's mounted from the factory, one square 3M tape, and that large plastic snap piece, and the nut on the stud.
If you are not using the snap piece, just make sure all the surface area is covered by 3M tape, and it's more than plenty strong.
