hell no, the cadets have AMT's which are kinda like our MTL's in tech school and they are enlisted as well. they teach them respect for enlisted, even a AB outranks a cadet.
cadets have a shitload of respect for us, suprised the hell out of me. I get doors held open for, they tell me good morning sir whenever they pass me in the hallway.
I actually work in the cadet area, 3d032 cyber sys operations.
basically a network admin for both the .mil network and we have a .edu network for the academy.
there are also 1n's and the like here at the hospital and the various clinics on base for us and the cadets.
then you have enlisted all at the MPF and such.
and i easily see 5-10 officers a day, at least one full bird colonel a day and they are all really nice haha, super respectful.
