Ya quit whining. I live in Chicago. I have snow tires but rode on Azenis (2 of em bald) for about a week and survived. If you can't figure out when your rear end jumps loose then you need to relearn how to drive.

There are tons of people in 240s, miatas, various rwd domestics, that drive in snow and don't have problems, most of my friends w/ 240s don't have snow tires and they do just fine, snow tires just make it even funner when you go mess around (higher speeds).

Now if you got a 2way then its gonna be a big pain, but most of my friends still survive, just practice, you'll tend to slide around a lot, but don't keep pushing it and you won't spin out. And if you dont have ABS extend your braking distance by a lot.
