Anyways, as one of our projects, we brewed our own beer. It's an American style Ale with apricot and orange citrus flavor. It's in the last stage of fermentation in the bottle should be done it about a week. Can't wait!
Here are a few pictures from our process. This was our first time brewing, but will definitely be doing it more often now that we've invested in equipment.
Now bottle, should be ready in 1-2 weeks.

What process is that? Looks like some sort of grain hybrid method.
