I do alot of stuff myself when I can but living in an apartment in Chicago makes it kinda hard to drop a tranny in the middle of January.

I know what to listen/look/feel and blame but just thought I'd see if anyone else has had this happen to them as well since this is the first time I've had a new clutch put into a 240.
I'm also personal friends with the mechanics at that shop and they've been in business for over 20 years just working on imports so I'm inclined to believe what they say but.. ya know, this knocking thing just doesn't seem right and I'm paranoid about stuff working correctly on my car. Especially when I pay someone to do the work.
