Reading the OP's first post i thought he was gonna be something like 15 or 16. then i see he's almost 30 wanting to replicate a car from a kids movie because he thinks its based off a japanese chassis.
as it was said before you can obviously tell that lightning mcqueen was based off a nascar platform. you are thinking way too hard about this to think they based him off a silvia. just coincidence bro.
