CF Hoods you will probably save around 20lb, Fenders maybe 5-10lb with FRP.
Theres also other stuff you can change out to lighten your car like Rims, Flywheels, Driveshaft, Windows.. Also you can shave some metal out of certain parts of the chassis to loose that extra weight but i would recommend reinforcing the body with some stitch welds.
