i think your dead nutz ^ I started working this morning on putting in some relays for the fans which by the way is a PITA. So i finally fininshed and i turned on my car and fan #1 turned on high speed as soon as the car reached operating temp like its suppose to. so then i go and turn the ac on and fan #2 turn on at high speed like it suppose to.(i notice a great increase in airflow vs running straight off the batt.) And then i saw my problem, i noticed the compressor was getting stuck, either that or the clutch was slipping. anyways it doesnt look good because instead of sliding the belt the mofo was bogging down my idle which means it is in fact putting strain on the engine. Its a relief to see a probable cause to my problem but it sucks cause now i know i gotta take the compressor out again and i just bought the sob like a month ago. I hope this helps anyone with the same problem. ill post again after i change the compressor.
