You can have 5 different setups with different injectors, different ECU's, different brand of cams, etc. and a good tune with the same turbo on all of them and you're gonna get pretty similar results. Just look up a compressor map of the turbo your using and you can guess ballpark power figures.

ALL that matters when making peak power is how much your turbocharger can flow, and will the engine handle that flow with the fuel type selected.
everything, including fuel, is up the owner to supply. We are only SUPPLYING the necessary fuel, though. It is not "making the power", peak power comes from peak airflow, properly used.
