ALL that matters when making peak power is how much your turbocharger can flow, and will the engine handle that flow with the fuel type selected.
everything, including fuel, is up the owner to supply. We are only SUPPLYING the necessary fuel, though. It is not "making the power", peak power comes from peak airflow, properly used.
