anything over 400whp and you have the build the block,
cost more to build the block and add turbo's than just put a simple V8 in it
plus n/a is more reliable on the track than have to worry about turbos, boost leaks, etc

oh and a stock ls1 has about 100 more whp and torque than vq35de
McDougal hit it on the money.. I should have explained the reason why I choose the LS over doing twin turbos. Well the main reason is reliability and that LS motors are a dime a dozen. like Mc said the VQ motors are known to blow at around 400hp which is a no go in my book. The cost of build the block and still not having the liability does not sit right with me. Also I have always loved V8s and the amount of torque they put out..

really? he's already spent 1500

ok i feel that

cant get 100whp for what he's about to spend?

but if its purely for want of the ls1, thats cool and by all means do it.
i really liked the car when you had the black 19s and the next set. didnt dig the rotiforms too much but like your style
Thanks bro,, I also loved my Black 19s and will soon be back on DPEs in all black.. so stay tune for that update..

One a side note: I am way head of these pics, just wanted to be further along so you guys would not have to wait on pics.. Thought it would be a good idea to do it week by week so I can answer any question that my come my way..
