maybe email me your order# so I can look in to it? Parts are on backorder, Issues in Japan...Ive been pretty open out low parts supply for months now. We are seeing more parts lately, but there is still a low supply of parts coming in. If you didn't receive an email stating there were backorder parts then I apologize - that was our error.
