I'm only using a 100-watt bridged BOSS amp and that powers my 12" Polk db sub. It sounds pretty nice. I don't need all that much power to get the results I want anyway. Just as long as I get the "boom, boom" sound and the rest of my stereo sounds clean, I'm happy. =)
