The outside makes the most difference but your never gonna get all the yellow out. BTW, thier is a big difference between JDM and USDM, check out my pic to see. Only thing bad bout the JDM is the light pattern is pointing to on-coming. It's not that bad though, our lights are not that bright...my fog lights are more bothersome. Oh and JDM lights do get a little yellow just not as foggy.
