I think your better off turbocharging the VG30DE then messing with a full TT swap. The stock DE is plenty strong, if I recall from recent research almost all internal parts are the same. Even if there are some differences it will hold up to 400+ hp anyway which is probably plenty for most folks.

The pistons and heads have their differences...Not to mention a few other differences, but you get the point
