The Friday night meet is not mandatory. Basically anyone that is traveling any distance is coming over on the Friday. What we did last year is met up at the Poker Run Starting Point so everyone knew where that was. I give out some of the participation envelopes. Last year we went for a short cruise out to Waddling Dog and had some eats as well.
