I would say of the two you listed do a 2JZGTE.

I have friends with RB25/RB26 swapped cars and they are alot of fun. But when and that is a WHEN not IF stuff breaks waiting days/weeks/months to find a replacement part sucks. Most if not all RB guy's i know have a stock pile of hard to find parts just incase something happens.

Where as a 2JZGTE you can get parts from Autozone/Advanced/Napa/etc oh not to mention a TOYOTA dealership. The swap isn't that hard at this point in time it is just MONEY all the hard work has been done by the founding swappers and have been put online.

either motor is a GOOD choice but 2JZ > 1JZ > RB26 > RB25
