I'm getting the veilside front end and side skirts myself (getting Bomex rear and A&A specialties carbon fiber wing). I'd definately recommend getting rims before a kit if youre on stock wheels. I can afford the veilside front and sides right now, but it'd look REALLY dumb coupled with my "15 inch deluxe wheel covers".

Edit: BTW there's no internal mods on my car except a K&N intake, and the only mod i WILL do is exhaust. That is, until i've gotten a kit, paint, seats, and stereo done.
