yeah, i'm wanting to buy a bumper cover off of one of those body sites. yeah and make my front end more suitable when i "pimp" my car out. yeah. i was wanting to know will a 91-94 bumper for a s13 fit a 90's bumper clips w/out any mods to it... if so. i'm going to convert my bumper. and whats a bumper cover directly? is it the whole front end? like at
