Your wheel offset and tire should be fine, that's what I run and I have no issue when dding my car. The steering will be quicker but I got use to it within about 5 mins of driving my car. Well I lied, I forgot with my setup I also tracked out my front lower control arm about 1/2" so whatever that does for the offset. I just say go for it man haha.
