I got H&R springs for my s14 because I like the stiffness but not to harsh or to low for a daily drive in the north with the potholes and bumps in teh roads.  I love my H&R's.  I got them from the "House of imports" guy on ebay.  I think he is selling a set right now for like $190 or so.
