Usdm has 4 pin plugs. My jdm zenki harness has only 2 pins for the fan. Need help trying to figure out what would be the best idea to run this..

I read a couple of post about running the fal fans constant on with the ignition, and I read some post on how to intall but they are all semi ghetto wirings and half ass cut around the edges stuff. I would like to get this done proper (and the best way possible).

Pic1 brown/white and black (have fsm and can figure out what they are

pic#2 shoes the wires from fal fan.. they are already labeled fan one and two positive and negative..

So what would be the best thing for these fans? constant on or wire it to ac control? or would one constant fan be ok for stock ka daily driving and the other for ac controlled?

Any help is appreciated.
