Interesting, have you tryed to making up metal or fiber glass mounts for the 240, I did that for a friends 96 200sx NZ model fastback, and well you to get the lights individually sighted at the normal angle that the lights sit in natually now, that is the easiest way to do it, it means no modifing the motors................just got to make the mounts up with screw adjustments.
