So I got a new job that requires me to relocate to Philly. I got a place in Center City off S. Broad St.

Before I bring the 240 up, I wanted to know if anyone is willing to PM me or let me know what to expect when it comes to registering/inspection. The car has stock KA and I pass VA emissions just fine. It's just that I don't know what to expect in PA.
