Since you're bringing up an old thread, hailandkill mentioned that I got them. Its been 3 years now. I've gotten into two front end accidents. First was a curb at the edge of the highway at about 60mph (got cut off and spun).
Bent everything, including the strut, and subframe. Bearing held up.
Second was at 25mph into a curb. Front bearing ate it. I'm still rockin my rear ichibas tho. No problems with the rears.
