Ok update. I figured it out.
And no, it wasnt my Ebrake.
After taking apart the caliper 4 times, it still did the same thing. I got really pist off, and starting thinking. "what if its something with the caliper being stuck"
So, I steped on the brake pedal about 100 times rapid fire, got out of my car, and turned the wheel effortlessly. Why that fixed it, I dont know. Anyhow I broke the pads in as recommend by HAWK, and wow. What a great upgrade over stock warped rotors.
