I found 2 blown fuses in the interior fuse panel(driver kick panel) a 15 amp one(hazards) and a 10 amp one(blinkers),so I undid the 'tap wire' connecting the turn signal to the sidemarker,replaced the fuses,got a new harness to replace the cut one,and spliced in the tap wire WITHOUT cutting it,and it blew the 10 amp fuse again...pulled it out,decided to give it ONE more chance,and it blew the 10 amper as soon as it hit the contacts(made a spark,too)

Any ideas??? Blinkers/hazards work fine,my sidemarkers just don't go blinky blinky
