I've already ground the stop off mine so I can rotate the hood straight up but I was wanting something to hold it there. I was looking at a factory Datsun 510 prop for idea's; if you've seen one then you know what I'm talking about but like I said ran across these thumbing through the pages.

Maybe they'll just sell the shocks for the carbon application and I can affix them to a stock hinge. These looks solid, don't get me wrong but damn, a part I'd rather someone give me as a gift rather than purchase myself.

Those look like a good alternative but man, I'd really love for it to hold it completely upright. I sent 310 an email asking about the end angle. I'll see what they say for shits and giggle.s.
