^ Both parties are wrong. Clearly the veteran knew what he did.....

But the fact of the matter is... Was it really necessary for the teens to over react to the paint on the car? No one likes to have their personal vehicles vandalized but at the same time for those of us that take pride in our investments there is a thing called insurance* as well as WD and clay-bar.....

The real question here is... What if the hate crime was toward more current sensitive issues like today?

Would those that feel as if the vet. deserved this (beating) would of been in the wrong if the owner of the vehicle was a Middle Eastern???

In any case it makes American's more stupid.....
