1)This all could've been avoided if the kid had bought a Mustang.

2) Since the kid is ALREADY going to face assault charges, and is ALREADY an idiot for recording the aftermath, he should've punched the guy in the mouth while he was trying to explain himself. That adds humor to a sad situation..cuz really...nobody finds it cool that you beat up an old guy over spray paint that insurance will probably cover.

3) It's just a car. 5k isn't a lot to spend and CLEARLY none of that was body work so the guy didn't effect any of that. IT's just a car. The guy is old. Call the cops, go home, make post, get internet sympathy, have insurance fix it, continue being douche. Simple formula.
