Are there any Vietnamese Restaurant out your way?!?! I mean, I know Murrieta and Temecula blew the fuck up after I left but last time I rolled thru there (2009 ish) still didnt seem like Pho would be something you can find there. Hell, there was only one decent Thai Restaurant out there.
Pho, you cant go wrong with it after a long night of drinking. Until I find an authentic Tonkotsu Ramen anywhere in the US, Pho is on top of my noodle soup list.
And for everybody who keeps saying brown sauce...its fucking Hoisin Sauce!!!
