Come by our office and we can share with you how our operation works. Selling or keeping the car doesnt necessarily mean someone is balling or not balling. It's an extra expense we dont need at the moment. There's no profit in the sale of the skyline as we're hoping it goes to a good home. Actually if it goes to someone who isnt going to cut it up is better as its an immaculate example of what a restored Kenmeri should be.

This 'fairness' Is coming off as an excuse to get some coin back once you realized you were not as 'baller' as once thought.

I mean really, you could have used this properly as a mass marketing, still excluded some of the few states that can't apply, and win big on promotional benefits, but didn't.
