Easy way to remember is every
.5" of bigger lip = 6.35mm of lower offset
.5 of bigger barrel = 6.35mm of higher offset
.5" smaller lip = 6.35mm of higher offset
.5" smaller barrel = 6.35mm of lower offset
3 x 6.35 = 19.05 (just say 19 or 20 to make it easy).
stock +42 - 20 = 22
and then the 10s would be 18x10 +16
offset is calculated by the centerline (half of total width of wheel including wheel beads (1" larger than listed width, so a 10" wheel is actually 11" from outside bead to outside bead)) and the position of the mounting pad of the center. You can't just simply subtract or add offset to the outer lip alone. You need to take into account the total width of the wheel to determine centerline.
